More than 80% of Canadian aerospace industry revenues are export oriented, of which close to 60% are supply-chain related, to the latest data from the State of Canada’s Aerospace Industry Report.
Canadian aerospace, which contributes more $27B in GDP to the Canadian economy, and is a key customer for metal manufacturing, exports close to $19 billion worth in final products and parts.
