Gullco’s MOGGY trackless welding automation carriage. Ideal for fillet, lap and butting welding applications, the MOGGY is being used to produce simultaneous stitch welds on a barge hull stiffener.
Using two torches connected to the carriage with automatic arc start, the carriage strikes the arc, moves at precise speed for the predetermined weld length and continues along the length of the stiffener providing consistent weld quality, improved productivity and reduced consumable waste.
