Lincoln robotic welding fixtureClick image to enlarge

Lincoln Electric has developed a welding fixture for use on robotic welding education systems for robotic programming and welding lessons.

It features a 3-in-1 adjustable welding fixture (K4110-1) that supports one to 3 mm material in 2F horizontal filet, 1F flat lap and 2F 3° clock lap.

The design features all metal parts on tooling to minimize maintenance by preventing weld spatter from sticking. A manual fixture can be applied to a fixed or stationary table and it can weld from 50.8 to 203 mm (2 to 8 in.) plates.

The new fixture comes with Lincoln's Robotic Project Based Lessons (K3876-1) with step-by-step instructions.
