TDM's NC-Program Manager Global Line maintains a continuous production process while storing the application expertiseClick image to enlargeThe latest version of TDM Systems Global Line tool data management software now has a number of enhancements and new modules that help users reduce tooling costs and increase efficiency.

Each user can individually configure their TDM Global Line dashboard, and the reports they need are displayed in the dashboard, printed out or transferred to Excel.

New modules such as TDM NC-Program Manager Global Line maintains a continuous production process while storing the application expertise.

The Purchase Request Module manages tool requirements and forwards them to an ERP system, ensuring all the required tools are on hand and in the right quantities.

Its Barcode Module expands the Global Line Tool Crib to control processes by barcodes. The 3D Solid Editor modifies and adapt 3D models for time-savings when creating 3D models.

With the new release, a Feeds & Speeds Manager records cutting data, compressed and evaluated directly from the machine. By comparing those with the planned cutting values defined in the NC program, you can specify reliable cutting values as early as the planning phase, saving them centrally for each subsequent run.
