The BeamMaster WELD robotic welding line from AGT Robotics is specially engineered for structural steel applications.

The BeamMaster WELD is available in two models: OLP (Offline Programming) and SLT (SelfLearning Technology). The system features a small footprint, complete robotic automation and integration with dedicated software. It includes one welding robot, one line, two work stations and two rotators.
Only a fitter is needed to tack the parts in place and feed the assembly into the production zone; the entire welding process itself is automated.
The BeamMaster WELD handles different weld types, which are defined by the 3D model or generated by the PartExpert module. It accepts W Beams, HSS profiles and even tapered beams. Compatible accessories include angles, stiffeners, base plates, end plates and other standard parts.
This robotic steel beam welding system is designed to fabricate most steel assemblies and accessories for structural steel buildings, and is typically able to weld 75-95 per cent of the accessories.
