Lincoln introduces welder/generator
- December 17, 2021
Lincoln Electric has introduced the Ranger 330MPX EFI welder/generator.
The new system combines the features found on the Ranger 330MPX welder/generator with a 330-amp Kohler 25-hp electronic fuel injection (EFI) engine.
The Ranger 330MPX EFI is designed for inclement conditions thanks to the Kohler engine’s design that ensures cold-weather starts with no choke required, improved fuel efficiency, reliable operation, and optimal performance in high-altitude applications.
Lincoln says that the Ranger 330MPX is up to 20 percent smaller in footprint, 31 percent smaller by volume, and 25 percent lighter by weight than other machines in its class, making it easier to fit on a truck bed, allowing more room for other tools and equipment, and enhancing manoeuverability on the jobsite.
The welder/generator offers other features such as engine-driven weld modes, Crosslinc technology, Ready.Set.Weld quick setup and others that help to improve efficiency. The new unit is also up to 60 percent quieter than other machines in its class, Lincoln says, improving comfort and improving workplace safety.
