Heinman has introduced two new First vertical machining centres.Click image to enlargeCOVID-19 has not stopped Heinman and First to continue to forge forward.

The new First mill 205 design has been changed. The machine now comes standard with X & Y axis ball screws for smooth table transmission and long life for the screw and nuts.

The new Delta control allows AC stepless position with a position repeatable accuracy of 0.0002” with bolt pattern or non pattern drilling cycle, milling cycle and “S” milling cycle allows auto use of machine with high accuracy.

The machine is standard with 3-Axis position display and X & Y axis feed meter and has X & Y axis motor locks, so no need to manually clamp the table.

The 5Hp AC inverter drive spindle head with 110mm quill diameter allows heavy duty cutting with no vibrations for smooth finishes.

Two models are available: First LC-205VHD vertical milling with horizontal milling capability and First LC-205VSD for strictly vertical milling.
