Tungaloy has unveiled the TungBoreMini multifunctional drilling and turning tool line.
The TungBoreMini line consolidates the capabilities of drilling, OD and ID turning tools, which reduces the time required to change tools and enhances machine utilization.
TungBoreMini’s insert and pocket feature a dovetail interlocking design that offers better insert clamping and stability during various applications, compared with conventional screw-down insert retention.
Eight holders are offered in diameters of 10, 12, 14 and 16 mm (0.394, 0.472, 0.551 and 0.630 in.), each in right- and left-hand models. Inserts are available in four different sizes to fit the corresponding holders.
