Scotchman highlights fabrication and saw systems at CMTS 2019Click image to enlarge

At CMTS 2019 Scotchman Industries will demonstrate the CPO 350 cold saw coupled with the RG Digital Quick-Stop measuring system, delivering stop position accuracy of ±0.2 mm (±0.008 in.).

Operators can upload entire cut lists using Bluetooth or Wifi connections or change lengths and adjustments via preset hotkeys on the 7 in. touchscreen. The CPO 350 cold saw produces burr-free cuts using a 355 mm (14 in.) diameter blade giving it 123.8 mm (4 7/8 in.) OD round capacity.

The Scotchman 50514-EC Ironworker is now equipped with an electric stroke control for precision fabrication. It comes standard with a 50-ton punch station with a capacity of 31.7 mm (1 1/4 in.) hole in 12.7 mm (½ in.) material plus other standard features including angle shear with shearing capacity of 101 x 101 x 9.5 mm (4 x 4 x 3/8 in.) angle, a 355 mm (14 in.) flat bar shear and a rectangle notcher which will notch up to 63.5 x 76.2 in 7.9 mm (2 1/2 x 3 in 5/16 in.) material.
