Heinman will showcase a broad range of products at CMTS 2019.

Among the machines on display the company will be showcasing two VMCs from First: the V-700 high speed machining centre, a compact machine with large operating space and a new design. The V700 offers X/Y/Z travel of 698/398/647 mm (27.5/15.7/25.5 in.) with Fanuc OiMF control, BT40, 24 tool ATC and a 12000 rpm direct drive with spindle chiller.

The First V2000 double column high speed vertical machining centre has a user friendly ergonomic design and fully enclosed splash guard with wide door opening for easy access. All three axes are equipped with preloaded ballscrews directly driven with servo motors to enhance feeding accuracy. XYZ travel of 2049 x 1150 x 701 mm (80.7 x 45.3 x 27.6 in.). Fanuc Oi-MF Control, Big Plus 50 taper, 40 tool ATC and 10000 rpm direct drive with low speed gear box.

The Chevalier SMART-B818III multi-function 3-axis CNC surface grinder delivers graphic conversational surface/plunge/criss-cross/profile grinding and dressing modes. The high precision cartridge type spindle is equipped with four pieces of Class 7 (P4) angular contact ball bearings, suitable for heavy duty grinding. Easy operating “TaskLink” function, automatic dressing with compensation during grinding cycle, table size of 203 x 457 mm (8 x 18 in.). 

Iscar: High speed face milling cutters
