Abicor Binzel has launched its new TCS-FP robotic torch cleaning station.

TCS-FP, short for Full Package, combines torch maintenance developments from Abicor Binzel’s line of robotic welding peripherals, including reaming and wire cutting features while incorporating more user-friendly functions.

The new TCS-FP is equipped with new developments including an optimized standing height to be more in line with industry-accepted standards, a motion-activated anti-spatter injector that eliminates a solenoid, future Fieldbus connectivity to support software packages, and a single point connection for all electrical wiring.

The TCS-FP complements the existing TCS Compact in Binzel USA’s robot torch maintenance product portfolio.
