TRUMPF has introduced the TruBend 7050 press brake.

The size and weight of the TruBend 7050 have been beefed up, so the press brake can be used for a wider range of parts. The TruBend 7050 bends with a press force of 55 tons and has a bending length of 152.4 cm (60 in.). The high-speed machine’s six-axis backgauge enables precise positioning of components. The new generation of TruBend Series 7000 machines comes with TRUMPF’s ACB Wireless system which measures and corrects users’ angles.

The machine’s new touchscreen control panel simplifies programming on the shop floor and the streamlined views present the essentials so users can find the right screen for entering data. A sit-stand stool, a table to support users’ arms, a shelf for documents and a footrest enhance operator comfort and reduce fatigue. The compact machine also comes with a right-hand cabinet to store tools and contains a shelf where users can store boxes for finished parts.

TRUMPF is presenting the TruBend 7050 and other machines at FABTECH in Chicago – Booth A2904.
