The ESAB Group Inc. and robot systems manufacturer Yaskawa have partnered to jointly develop and market a line of pre-engineered robotic welding systems.
The XCellerator systems will be engineered and built by Yaskawa and marketed by ESAB through its global sales channels.
Yaskawa will manufacture the robots, robotic controllers and robot cells while ESAB brings its deep expertise in welding and its WeldCloud operations management infrastructure to create an integrated robotic welding solution.
