Zoller’s TMS Tool Management systems provide barrier-free and consistent communication between CAM, tool management, machines and purchasing, integrating third party systems.
The system offers data consistency from the Cloud to the machine. It also allows for direct data linking, not just the export or import of data. Customers can import tool data from the Cloud and communicate directly with all common CAM systems via the Zoller database. This makes the tedious entry of data a thing of the past. Zoller has now simplified this procedure: tool data provided in the Cloud by manufacturers can be imported into the Tool Management Solutions and used immediately for programming in the CAM system. Realistic 3D tool models can be generated automatically and the CAM system can be provided with the complete 2D and 3D tool data as well as article characteristics. Programming is already completed before the tools are even provided.
The easy linking of third party systems has long been a tradition at the company, beginning with the introduction of electronics for tool presetting and measuring machines.
It allows all common third party systems to be integrated into TMS Tool Management Solutions starting with the CAM system, through cabinet and lift systems right to the machines.
