The Turbo 10 for square shoulder and slot milling operations is now availalbe in corner radii from 0.4 to 3.1 mm when machining aluminum and other materials that require sharp cutting edges.
The new chipbreaker geometry is available in polished and coated an unocated versions. The new universal grade MK2050 is suitable for high productive machining of cast material where wear resistance has to be combined with good fracture toughness, and is especially good for machining any kind of cast material using wet or dry machining. Turbo 10 helical cutters in the diameter range from 20 to 54 mm are available in various versions from shell mill and Combimaster to Seco-Capto or Seco-Weldon.
