On display was a part sorting automation solution for laser processed parts. From pallet change to sorting finished parts, this part sorting automation system improves material flow through the fabrication production line resulting in increased productivity.
The part sorting automation system is available for 3015 and 4020 laser machine formats. This automation solution has a modular design that allows for expanding with the growth of your operations and is flexible enough to allow for customized unloading positions.
Add this part sorting automation solution to an existing LASER FLEX automation system to help improve efficiency of post-laser process. Finished parts are loaded on pallets by stacking by order or by part type.
This system has a wide range of functions and enhancements to expand the range of applications, including integration of unloading conveyors, over/under carts, mini unload tower, labellers and more.
