SolidCAD, a professional services company and Canada’s largest Autodesk Platinum Partner, has acquired AMS 360 Inc., another Autodesk reseller.
Windsor, Ont.-based AMS 360 is a full-service CNC and CAD/CAM training provider for the manufacturing sector that provides optimization of the programming process, machine tool data creation and post-processor builds.

SolidCAD has been in the reseller channel for more than 25 years and said in a press release that this acquisition will expand its application specialist team, knowledge and services for Autodesk’s advanced manufacturing solutions including FeatureCAM, PowerMill, PowerShape and PowerInspect.
