The Integrex j-200S multi-tasking machine is designed with twin turning spindles and a milling spindle for processing parts complete in a single setup.

Both turning spindles have speeds of 5,000 rpm. A C axis turning control through the main spindle has a 76 mm (2.99 in.) bore and the second spindle has a 61 mm (2.4 in.) bore. The main headstock is built with a spindle/motor for a range of applications. The C axis indexes in 0.0001° increments. The second spindle also features a spindle/motor. Designed with a 10 Hp (optional) 12,000 rpm milling spindle for four axis simultaneous machining and five axis tool tip positioning.
