reCool is a new retrofit coolant-through system that converts an existing tooling system to include through-coolant in as little as two minutes, claims the company.
It achieves speeds up to 12,000 rpm and pressures up to 1,000 psi; higher speeds and coolant pressures are available. The system works in conjunction with Rego-Fix collets, sealing and coolant flush disks, milling cutters and drills with diameters from 2.5 to 30.48 mm (0.098 to 1.2 in.).
