ESAB Welding & Cutting Products has acquired European flow control and oxy-fuel solutions specialist Gas Control Equipment (GCE).
With headquarters in Malmö, Sweden, GCE offers full solutions for general industrial, healthcare, high-purity and science and research applications. It employs more than 900 people.
