BLM Group USA has announced the appointment of Mark Dilling as director of service, responsible for the US and Canada.
In this position, Dilling assumes a key strategic and operational leadership role responsible for the development, continuous improvement, and delivery of customer service. This incorporates overseeing machine installation, tech support, training, maintenance and repairs.
Dilling has over 20 years’ experience in the machine tool service sector with supervisory positions at DMG Mori, Mazak Optronics Corporation—where he was responsible for the entire North American region—and ZYGO Corporation. Prior to working for these companies, he had been a field service engineer at both Trumpf and Cincinnati Inc.
Dilling has an associate degree in Computer Science from Quinsigamond College in Worcester, Mass.
