Mazak Canada, Cambridge, ON, is hosting a lunch and learn for manufacturers on March 27 that will focus on techniques for maximizing milling performance in titanium.

 The event, which will be held at the company’s Technology Centre in Cambridge, ON, begins at 10:30 am and ends at 2 pm. Mazak is teaming up with Iscar, Kennametal and Sandvik Coromant to share knowledge on new methods to machine titanium. Attendees will see live demonstrations of titanium machining. The demonstrations will include high speed machining, high feed milling, toroidal milling, pocket machining and plunging techniques.
