Cincinnati Inc. has launched factory direct sales in Canada, appointing Alejandro Chavez as regional sales engineer for all Canadian provinces except BC, which is covered by a direct sales representative in Seattle, WA.

Chavez is a 13-year veteran of manufacturing and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from Catolica Andres Bello University in Caracas, Venezuela. He also attended Niagara College, Niagara-on-the-Lake, ON, for post graduate studies in International Business Management, holds a Project Management Certificate from the University of Toronto, Toronto, and holds Project Management Professional (PMP) and Six Sigma Green Belt professional certifications.

Chavez’s appointment continues the company’s expansion of its direct sales and service teams to provide a high level of brand experience regionally. “We hired Alejandro to bring CI closer to our Canadian customers,” says Troy Robinson, International Sales Manager, Cincinnati Inc. “We believe this will afford our customers better access to CI resources, and provide pre- and post-sales support at the level they expect.”
