BLM Group USA has announced the appointment of Danyel (Dan) Benoit as regional sales manager, Eastern Canada. 

Benoit will be responsible for Manitoba, Ontario, Quebec, Newfoundland, New Brunswick, Prince Edward Island and Nova Scotia. He has over 28 years of machine tool sales experience, focusing his career on building new business opportunities, implementing strategic business solutions and supporting sales productivity with new initiatives. 

Benoit co-developed a laser based inspection system dedicated to the sheet metal industry that is still widely used in the industry today.
