The Canadian manufacturing industry will have a new trade show to attend this year: Advanced Manufacturing Canada (AMC), which takes place in Montreal November 18-19.
Show organizers and partners are SME, along with Canadian Manufacturers & Exporters (CME), Manufacturers and Exporters of Quebec (MEQ) and Regroupement des équipementiers en automatisation industrielle (RÉAI).
AMC will bring to the Canadian manufacturing community a two-day conference focused on advanced manufacturing technologies, including automation and robotics, additive manufacturing/3D printing, materials and software. According to show organizers, by gathering C-level executives, industry representatives, academia and government under one roof, AMC’s aim is to educate the manufacturing industry on how companies can produce products faster and less costly, while maintaining quality standards with the implementation of new technologies.

Taking place at the Palais des congrès de Montréal, the event will provide a unique face-to-face opportunity to discover dynamic technology with interactive exhibits and demonstrations, along with industry networking. Best suited for manufacturing leaders, business owners, engineers, technologists, government and academia looking for new technologies and applications to improve manufacturing, AMC delivers value across industries, including automotive, aerospace, medical, energy, agri-food, mining, construction, electronics, and commercial and industrial equipment, to name a few.
