The TruLaser 1030, available with either a CO2 or a solid-state laser manufactured by TRUMPF, empowers fabricators to choose the model that is the perfect fit for their preferences and respective business requirements.

The TruLaser series 1000 product line includes the TruLaser 1030 with TruCoax 2500 CO2 laser, providing 2.5 kW of power and the TruLaser 1030 fiber with TruDisk 2001 featuring 2.0 kW of solid state laser power. The TruLaser 1030 fiber performs especially well when the application involves cutting thin gauge sheet metal and reflective materials.

Designed and built in the US, this machine provides fabricators with a cost effective and productive 2D laser cutting system in a small footprint. Due to its high level of component integration it requires half of the floor space of a typical 5 x 10 foot machine.

In addition to 25 per cent more laser power compared to its release in 2009, the TruLaser 1030 with TruCoax 2500 features the new style RF generator integrated in the machine cabinet, which replaces the tube generator in the original model. The higher laser power results in cutting speed increases that average 20 per cent. In addition, the newer RF generator reduces maintenance costs.
