An Ontario fridge and freezer manufacturer is considering a new facility in Guelph, Ont. that would employ up to 250 people.
Minus Forty has reportedly submitted a planning application to have close to 30 acres rezoned for industrial land use according to Guelph Today.
The new manufacturing facility would be approximately 164,000 sq ft with another 90,000 sq ft for future expansions, according to the planning application.
Minus Forty manufactures energy-efficient glass door freezers and refrigerators and currently operates out of a 80,000 sq ft facility in Georgetown, Ont.
