James Rogowski has been named vice president, technical service for TRUMPF Inc., Farmington, CT.
He began at TRUMPF in 1998 as a sheet metal applications engineer. In 2008, he became the managing director of TRUMPF Canada and returned to TRUMPF in the US in 2011, to become director of machine and power tool products.
He will be responsible for technical services and training for TRUMPF’s machine tools installed in the US. He will report to Peter Hoecklin, president and CEO of TRUMPF Inc.
