Hypertherm has announced that its HyPrecision and Echion intensifier-based waterjet pumps have been given a new name: DynaMAX.
In addition to the new DynaMAX name, system names will now begin with a “3” or “5” according to the performance, feature, or technology of a particular model. This prefix will be followed by the horsepower number and, for pumps engineered with Hypertherm’s predictive technology, a “P” suffix.
The former HyPrecision pumps will also get a new look. They will now have a black exterior matching the exterior of the former Echion pumps.
Hypertherm says that system features and benefits for both lines will remain the same.
