Hypertherm Associates, the New Hampshire-based manufacturer of industrial cutting systems and software, has announced the assembly of the 10,000th Hypertherm MAXPRO200 system and credits the milestone to thousands of manufacturers and fabricators worldwide who depend on it.
“We built a plasma cutter that delivers high productivity with low operating costs,” said Tyler Kipp, Marketing Program Manager. “Job shops, steel centers, heavy equipment manufacturers — anyone needing solid cutting power and capacity without requiring high-definition cutting — have proven this.”
Serving thousands of customers across diverse industries and applications, Hypertherm Associates says it pays close attention to how the economic landscape and market trends affect manufacturing and production floors of all sizes. Customer pain points are front and center as engineering considers “the right tool for the job” when designing a new machine or technology.
“Customer business goals inspire our design innovations,” said Kipp. “To see the value the MAXPRO200 continues to provide to so many customers are gratifying. We set out to design a best-in-class machine that delivers high productivity and affordability, and 10,000 systems prove we did.”
