Salvagnini’s P1 electric panel bender is an alternative to tradtional bending. The company says that thanks to patented kinematics, this mini panel bender can produce a variety of parts and panels.
Developed to fit into an 86 sq ft space, the unit is a good choice for fabricators working in cell production environments. The unit bends in less than two seconds. P1 is equipped with universal bending tools which adapt perfectly to panel geomtry and do not require set-up times. It features single automatic referencing: sheets are only centered once. In this way, cycle time and any dimensional errors are reduced, because any deviation from specifications is absorbed by the first bend. By eliminating error, waste is eliminated.
