Exhibitor: LVD Strippit    Booth: B3103

Adaptive Laser Cutting (ALC) technology automatically optimizes laser cutting results in thicker mild steel materials and provides up to a 10 per cent increase in productivity, claims the company.

The technology will be demonstrated on LVD’s Sirius laser cutting machine. ALC monitors and regulates laser power, speed and assist gas pressure in real time during the cutting process, automatically optimizing cutting parameters for consistent and accurate cuts.

It is ideal for processing thicker materials in an unmanned environment.
