Mate Precision Tooling has added a new line of Bevel Tang style press brake tooling that the company says enables faster and safer tool changes.
The tooling is engineered with a beveled punch tang and is designed for press brakes featuring Amada One Touch punch holders. Mate’s new Bevel Tang Style tooling complements the company’s European Precision style press brake tooling, allowing customers to rely on Mate for tooling to fit any model of Amada press brakes.
Like the previously available European Precision Style tooling, the Bevel Tang Style tooling includes a variety of punches, dies and accessories available in segmented, full-length and half-length sizes to suit nearly any metal bending application. The precision ground press brake tooling is manufactured from premium alloy tool steels with the wear surfaces of the punches and dies induction hardened for extra durability. It also comes with Mate’s industry-leading 100 per cent satisfaction, no questions asked guarantee.
“Now no matter what year or model of Amada press brake our customers own, we have a solution to fit their needs,” explains Frank Baeumler, vice president for press brake tooling. “The addition of our Bevel Tang Style tooling is another example of Mate’s commitment to being the one source for punch press, laser consumables and press brake tooling products.”
