Ferric-Ermaskan hybrid press brakeClick image to enlarge

The EVO II is a fast production hybrid press brake available from Ferric Machinery.

The press brake offers high accuracy as there is no hydraulic proportional valves which means no pressure loss. AC servo motors uarantee positioning within +/- 0,01 mm repeatability. The oil level is reduced to 2 x 9 liter and a life cycle of 5 year as the oil does not heat up. It offers a high fast approach, bending and return speeds

The company says it can provide 60 per cent in energy savings. In contrast to normal press brakes where the pump is always running, the EVO II servo motors are only using energy when the foot pedal is activated.
