Thomas Skinner and Son Ltd. has announced that it will take part in the Western Manufacturing Technology Show (WMTS) this year.
The show takes place June 4-6 at the Edmonton EXPO Centre. The event is produced by SME and is Western Canada’s longest running trade event serving manufacturing professionals.
“WMTS has been Western Canada’s marketplace for manufacturing technologies, trends and industry connections for several decades and we are excited to showcase what we can do for the region’s manufacturers at this year’s event,” said Ross McDonald, general manager at Thomas Skinner. “Our goal is to provide Western Canada’s manufacturers with high quality products that help them be more profitable.”
Geared towards the needs of manufacturers in Alberta and surrounding Western Canadian regions, WMTS serves professionals from industries ranging from oil and gas to petrochemicals, construction, mining, agriculture and more. At this year’s event, attendees will be able to meet face-to-face with WMTS exhibitors representing leading OEMs in machine tools, tooling and metalworking, will learn from industry leading keynotes and technical Knowledge Bar sessions, and network with colleagues at the Opening Night Reception and Job Shop Appreciation Reception.
