MC Machinery Systems has announced the promotions of Joe Cisneroz, Dave Kloos and Doug Conroy.
Cisneroz has been promoted to customer service general manager. He began his career at MC Machinery 34 years ago as a field service technician, later becoming regional service manager, EDM/milling senior service manager and EDM/milling national service manager. He earned a bachelor’s degree in electronics engineering technology from DeVry University. In his new role, Cisneroz is responsible for managing field service, service inside sales and repair center as well as service/parts invoicing and technical phone support.
Kloos has been promoted to customer support general manager. He began his career at MC Machinery 18 years ago as laser applications engineer before moving into laser customer support as manager and senior manager. He has an associate degree in mechanical engineering from Lorain County Community College in Elyria, Ohio. In his new role, Kloos manages installation, training and field applications for all product lines.
Conroy has been promoted to director of information technology and business systems. He began his career at MC Machinery 17 years ago as a laser installation technician and has an associate degree in electronics and computer technology from DeVry University. In his new role, Conroy is responsible for overseeing all company hardware, computer systems and infrastructure as well as managing business applications, including MC Machinery’s remote monitoring and support solution remote360.
