Greenerd Press & Machine Co. has announced its latest 2500 ton compression moulding press, featuring 10-foot square heated platens maintaining 500 degree (Fahrenheit) surfaces to +/- 5 degrees.
The press is part of a seven-press order which is currently being built in Greenerd’s main facility. The press also features an innovative mould transfer system which improves the ergonomic and safety dynamics for operators and reduces press idle time between cycles.
