Wilson Tool International, an independent manufacturer of tooling systems for punch presses, press brakes, and punch and die components for the stamping and tableting industries, has appointed Chris Lawless as COO.
It has also created the roles of CFO and CCO.
“Since starting in the engineering department in 1992, Chris has helped inspire a culture of continuous improvement, growing Wilson Tool and making a good company better. His efforts also provided opportunities for him — in 2002 Chris became the VP of Operations and was promoted to President in 2013,” the company says.
As Chief Operations Officer, Lawless will be overseeing all global tooling operations as well as additional Wilson Tool Enterprise companies. He will be focused on ensuring enterprise-wide strategic alignment, strategy, and growth.
Along with the appointment of Chris Lawless as COO, Wilson Tool announces the addition of Chief Financial Officer and Chief Commercial Officer roles to their leadership structure. The Chief Commercial, Financial and Operations officers will collaborate with the CEO to set strategy, drive growth and maximize profits.
