Mitee-Bite Products LLC and TE-CO LLC have announced a partnership via the acquisition of Raptor Workholding Products LLC.
Raptor is based in Burbank, CA, and supplies workholding products to the metalworking industry. Mitee-Bite, Ossipee, NH, supplies workholding systems and components for small to medium workpieces, while TE-CO, Union, OH, supplies workholding devices and components, including jigs, fixtures and precision vises.
The companies will continue to operate as individual businesses.
