E-Z Burr is presenting its patented Drill/Deburr Combination Tool.
The combi tool offers more efficient drilling by combining two independent machining operations into one, so that users can drilling and deburr holes in a single pass.
The standard combination tool includes an industry standard spade drill pocket along with E-Z Burr’s coated carbide deburring insert available in six different styles, to cut the front and rear, or the rear-only of freshly drilled holes.
The patented locking system allows for quick and efficient insert changes, and the design of the tool allows the deburring inserts to be replaced while still in the machine.
E-Z Burr can combine the Drill/Deburr Combination Tool with a precision chamfer insert, which enables users to drill the hole and put a chamfer on the topside while deburring the backside, all in one stroke.
