Burloak Tool & Die Ltd. is now known as MAINWAY Metalworks Inc. The company’s FABTECH booth featured the new branding and coincides with the launch of phase one of a new website at www.mainway.com.
Burloak Tool was acquired by Summit Ridge Capital in February 2021. In December 2022, Burloak acquired Armactool, and early in 2023 Burloak acquired CadTek. All three brands are now harmonized under the MAINWAY marque.

The name is a legal name change only. There has been no restructuring or change in ownership. MAINWAY remains backed by Summit Ridge Capital, and ownership of the Burloak Tool, CadTek, and Armactool brands remains with MAINWAY.
