Scotchmans new upcut circular sawClick image to enlarge

Scotchman Industries has introduced a new cold saw, the SUP 600 NF that comes equipped with the RazorGage technology for a true production saw.

It’s programmable and fully automatic allowing for increased productivity, decreased set-up time, and reduced error and waste. Ditch the tape measure and complete your entire cut list with a push of a button!

This upcut circular cold saw is designed specifically for cutting non-ferrous material and features a 24 in. (600 mm), 132 tooth carbide blade which is capable of producing round cuts up to 9 in. in diameter and rectangular cuts up to 15 x 6 in., the SUP-600 NF offers an increased cutting capacity not found in traditional pivot down saws.

Coupling this saw with our new programmable measuring technology, creates a fully-automatic programmable saw system that automatically pushes material into the saw & makes a clean and fast cut, then it’s on to the next desired cut length.  It gives you a completely finsihed part. Plus, you can store cut lists on its 21" touch screen control.

Bandsaw with increased cutting output

The new Behringer HBE Dynamic Series bandsaws use a high torque, frequency controlled blade drive motor. The specialized gearing in the drive is engineered to produce the blade power and speed needed to achieve fast cutting and peak throughput rates. Because the drive is low horsepower and energy efficient, power consumption is reduced while energy savings and high production are realized. The new saw is designed to meet a broad range of applications in the steel trade, mechanical engineering, tool making and in high-end metalworking shops.
