The new large format L3-6020 fibre laser from Salvagnini has the capacity to process sheets up to 240” long and up to 80” wide.

Available with 6kW resonator to complement its 2kW, 3kW and 4kW product lines, the new, large format machine retains the high speed and exceptional flexibility of the smaller machines in Salvagnini’s fibre laser product line.
The L3-6020 also comes equipped with Salvagnini’s patented, air cooled, single optics cutting head that makes nitrogen gas cooling unnecessary, while at the same time providing high cutting quality across the entire range of workable thicknesses.
Flexible automation is also built into the L3-6020. Salvagnini’s TraJust software automatically manages cutting parameters, drawing upon a database for each material and thickness to achieve consistent, high quality cuts. Salvagnini technology allows sheets of different materials and thicknesses to be processed – in sequence – without stopping production and with all setups occuring in masked time.

Bandsaw with increased cutting output

The new Behringer HBE Dynamic Series bandsaws use a high torque, frequency controlled blade drive motor. The specialized gearing in the drive is engineered to produce the blade power and speed needed to achieve fast cutting and peak throughput rates. Because the drive is low horsepower and energy efficient, power consumption is reduced while energy savings and high production are realized. The new saw is designed to meet a broad range of applications in the steel trade, mechanical engineering, tool making and in high-end metalworking shops.
