Kyocera Atlas end millsClick image to enlarge

The new Atlas high performance end mills from Kyocera come in a large lineup of styles and sizes.

Three flute square end, corner radius, ball nose, and rougher finisher styles are available in stub, standard, and long lengths. Diameters range from 1/8" - 1" and are available in zirconium nitride (ZrN) coatings, which improve wear and effectively reduce built-up edges when machining aluminum and copper. Other coatings are available upon request.
The end mills cover a wide rage of machining applications including facing, shouldering, plunging, slotting, ramping, and profiling of non-ferrous materials. Micro circular lands on OD and wiper flats on the square and corner radius styles provide smooth floors and excellent surface finishes.
