Electro magnetic chucks from Samchully, the EPD chucks, are suitable for five face machining operations.

With the use of a Neo-Con M type Controller, the EPD chuck uses Electricity and Alnico magnets to create ultra strong magnetic clamping. The chuck is offered in multiple sizes according to the size of the Pole, including 50mm, 60mm, and 80mm.

  • Poles are fully machinable to accommodate multiple workpiece sizes.
  • Magnetic clamping is ideal for 5 face machining, can hold multiple workpieces at the same time and causes no deformation of workpiece compared to traditional clamping options.
  • Low-residual magnetic flux makes it easy to remove the workpiece and to clean the chuck of excess scrap metal.
  • Can adjust magnetism with convenient Neo-Con remote or directly from the L.E.D. backlit controller.
