Scotchman's CPO 350 Saw plus the RG Digital Quick-StopClick image to enlarge

The RG Digital Quick-Stop from Scotchman can be coupled with the company’s CPO 350 cold saw.

Together the two help improve production while reducing scrap and operator error. The arrangement makes it easier for the operator to enter cut lists into the controller and make accurate cuts.
The CPO 350 is an industrial grade circular cold saw with 100º of mitering ability, a dual clamping self-centering vise, chip drawer and more. This saw has a two speed motor and utilizes up to a 14” diameter blade, giving it a 4-7/8” OD round capacity which consistently produces burr-free, high quality cuts – and it’s backed by a three year warranty.
Production can be increased and stop position accuracy of ±.008” can be delivered reliably by coupling the saw with an RG Digital Quick-Stop measuring system. Operators can change lengths easily by using preset hotkeys, and adjust measurements on the 7” touchscreen Android tablet. Or they can upload an entire cut list using the system’s Bluetooth & WIFI capabilities.

Bandsaw with increased cutting output

The new Behringer HBE Dynamic Series bandsaws use a high torque, frequency controlled blade drive motor. The specialized gearing in the drive is engineered to produce the blade power and speed needed to achieve fast cutting and peak throughput rates. Because the drive is low horsepower and energy efficient, power consumption is reduced while energy savings and high production are realized. The new saw is designed to meet a broad range of applications in the steel trade, mechanical engineering, tool making and in high-end metalworking shops.
