TRUMPF's TruLaser 2030 fiber equipped with LiftMaster Shuttle is equipped with a 4 kW TruDisk laser for processing a varity of materials and thicknesses.

The TruLaser 2030 fiber is suitable for job shops that run up to three shifts per day as well as for first-time laser users looking to add laser cutting capabilities to their business. The machine is controlled by a user-friendly touch screen interface which graphically displays the program and all essential information – keeping operators in control, regardless of their experience level. These and other features make it the ideal choice for fabricators in need of productivity and process reliability at competitive investment and operating costs, says TRUMPF.

To boost productivity, TRUMPF developed a flexible automation system for loading and unloading that allows customers to run production either with the standard pallet changer or with the innovative LiftMaster Shuttle for the added capacity to support complete lights-out production and overnight runs. This fast and flexible automation solution is available in a variety of configurations to best match the customer’s layout and material flow requirements.

As part of the TruLaser product portfolio, TRUMPF says fabricators will profit from TRUMPF’s ready-to-use cutting data, user-friendly controls, and the TRUMPF service standard. The unique design of TRUMPF’s integrated TruDisk laser also offers fabricators the added flexibility of laser networking.

Bandsaw with increased cutting output

The new Behringer HBE Dynamic Series bandsaws use a high torque, frequency controlled blade drive motor. The specialized gearing in the drive is engineered to produce the blade power and speed needed to achieve fast cutting and peak throughput rates. Because the drive is low horsepower and energy efficient, power consumption is reduced while energy savings and high production are realized. The new saw is designed to meet a broad range of applications in the steel trade, mechanical engineering, tool making and in high-end metalworking shops.
